Discover EcoPack, our unique FSC® certified paper certified for home and industrial compostability which provides a sustainable, translucent paper-based alternative to avoidable plastic packaging. This material can be printed using conventional print methods and can also be optimised for HP printing for use in flexible packaging applications using our proprietary one side coated heatseal and moisture barrier coating. We can also coat Ecopack with any of our range of adhesives and liners for any PSL application to replace a current filmic faced label and replacing avoidable plastic labels.

In recent years brand owners such as Proctor & Gamble, Unilever and L’Oréal have noticed a change in buying habits from the consumer towards more sustainable products and packaging. To improve the sustainability credentials of health and personal care brands we have developed a range of innovative wash-off adhesives as part of our Purity Wash range. This new range of acrylic water based adhesives are approved for use in recycling using either hot water caustic or cold water technology. This allow paper or filmic labels to wash off PP, PE, HDPE and PET bottles and containers leaving materials residue free and maximizing the recyclability of both PET bottles and PP,PE and HDPE bottles and containers. Combining our Purity Wash adhesives with sustainable face materials allows you to reduce your environmental impact whilst encouraging sales from new environmentally savvy consumers.

All our paper and filmic materials offer excellent printability for conventional printing methods however our team can add a proprietary digital top-coat to our materials which offers brilliant print results when run on HP Indigo presses. In addition, we can also provide materials which are scripted and ready for use on Xeikon 3000 series digital presses as well as an Inkjet ready range. Finally, we can also add custom strip coating patterns to your materials to meet your custom requirements.
