Chemical Industry Capabilities

Our adhesives are approved under the British Standard 5609 which provides you with peace of mind knowing our label materials are tried and tested in marine environments and are capable of providing stability under weathering conditions. Our hot melt adhesives are perfect for the chemical industry and are available in coat weights from 18 grams up to 50 grams. This extreme high tack adhesive is designed to provide excellent adhesion across a wide-variety of substrates which combined with our durable face papers provides incredible resilience. The combination of our face materials and adhesives which pass BS 5609 section two include:

• Transfer PP95S Matt White /SP8000/ HG6
• Transfer PP75S Matt White/SP8000/HG6
• 60 Gloss White PPTCE/SP8000/HG6
• Durajet™ PP V3/SP8000(HCW)/HG6 (suitable for pigment Inkjet printing)

Currently we offer a variety of FSC® certified mix materials which include recycled materials allowing our customers to track the origins of our face materials and demonstrate the paper material is from responsibly managed forests. FSC® License Code C002557. We acknowledge the demand for alternative and sustainable materials in the chemical industry and are focused on replacing the filmic BS5609 face materials with paper based BS5609 products which will allow brand owners to negate the plastic tax and still benefit from filmic grade performance.
